[TRANSLATED] Big Bang Interview on VIVI Magazine

Big Bang was on VIVI magazine for this month, with some pictures of the members individually and as a whole. Some questions were also asked to each of the members and a profile of some of the members was provided.

-First, please introduce to us the song <Let Me Hear Your Voice>
YB: The 2 other songs we’ve released in Japan so far have been enjoyable club music but this time it was for a drama so to fit that image, and since it’s Autumn the song is a lyrical ballad.

-The lyrics about thinking of your girlfriend is really sad. But the BigBang-ish tempo gave it quite an optimistic feeling and sound.
YB: You’re right. I think the song feels different depending on who the person listening to it is. We wanted to make a song that’s not just sad, but also hopeful.

-What were you thinking of when you sung it?
V.I: I liked the lyrics, so I kept imagining the woman in the song and sung my heart out.
GD: I was thinking that we haven’t done a ballad in a while, so I want to sound different to our previous songs…

-Are you used to promoting in Japan now?
TOP: We do so many things in the short times that we come to Japan, so I’m always brace myself before we come. (laughs)
YB: Our Japanese fans are like our girlfriends in Japan. We like that we can meet our fans who love Big Bang.

Big Bang BANG★S Animated Pictures!

Judging by the photos it looks like they were filming a photoshoot, I wonder what it was for because you can tell that it was a while ago when G-Dragon had his hair like that. Never mind, it was for their calendar/diary photoshoot. The animated pictures are really cute, and they’re basically just showing the same thing that each of the boys is doing but in an animated way. Seungri’s song for movie/drama “19″ OST

The lyrics are written by Seungri, it’s his first time ever writing a song. He composed the song himself too and of course he is the singer as well. The arrangement of the song was done by Rovin. This isn’t a preview, I think it’s the little part that was released in the movie and some fan probably just recorded it. I hope a full version of this is released! His voice sounds so beautiful.

Taeyang will collaborate with Japanese singer Thelma Aoyama

There has been rumors from the information released on Thelma’s upcoming album that she will in fact have a collaboration with Taeyang for her new Japanese album.

Thelma Aoyama is a famous Japanese singer who had a major hit with her song “Soba Ni Iru Ne“, which set a guinness world record of best-selling digital download single in Japan with over two million “full-track” downloads.

It has been said that this song will be named “Fall In Love“, and her album will be out sometime in 2010. The song will be an r&b song that suits both of their voices really well since they’re both great r&b singers.

Taeyang performs “Wedding Dress” at Sharing Love Concert

2NE1 (CL+Minji) Perform “Please Don’t Go”

That is a great live performance by the girls! They hit every note and the song grows on me more and more each time. I don’t think I need to say anything about Taeyang because his performances are always great, I’ve replayed Wedding Dress so much that I already know the dance to the chorus. He looked so damn fine in that vest and hat, sexy!
