So amazingly happy to be a VIP, it’s not even funny! YG has been spoiling the crap out of us. First Taeyang’s int’l album with IBT and it’s awesome mv and now this!
LOVE love LOVE the Beautiful Hangover mv!!! I’ve been so happy with the Japanese mv’s and this was no exception. Loving the storyline and the way it was shot. YG truly is the best with it’s cinematography in their music videos.
so basically they all took almost on the same roles as on tell me goodbye, Seungri is like the investigator, Daesung does the dirty work, GDYB want the same girl, and TOP, well I don’t know his role but he spent a lot of time sitting down just like in Tell me Goodbye lol the MV is ok but I don’t love it and the girl’s face was kind of annoying after a while, imo she wans’t particularly attractive.
I have liked their past MV’s better but I guess I’m either getting sick of the same old love triangle story or this MV just wasn’t all that exciting.
They all looked extremely hot though! but I feel Seungri & TOP deprived, and Daesung said “kiss my lips” right in Taeyang’s ear. The closeness of GDYB was awkward jst like the one between Daesung and Taeyang haha. TOP looked very yummy! I would have liked to see more Seungri though.
The MV looked really sophisticated and I always love the smallest details in Big Bang’s MVs. Like the random words put everywhere, “gimme love” on TOP’s watch, the “VIP” thingy (that made me sooo happy!) in TOP’s shoe, “Big Bang” on the alcohol bottle, etc. Its the small details that I love<3 I like the MV but now that I've heard "Somebody to Luv" I wish they had done an MV for that song, a cute club-like MV, they haven't done those in a while. I miss them. I'll need to watch this a few more times.
Agree with u there on the “love triangle” storyline its not very refreshing (given the past tragic MV concepts lol), and I found it quit hard to understand what on earth was going on, I know its about a hangover, but it kinda made me rofl when Daesung was shoving those bottle of pills at YB, the whole “pill” thing was weird and what exactly is his character doing? not to mention TOP and Seungri who were just sitting/standing around and that’s it LOL also the girl didn’t really do anything,all she did was glance at the camera whilst getting close with GDYB, her role could have been a bit more useful.
Overall not the most exciting MV but its alright,I like the whole digital (or watever) they did with the walls lol.
Totally agree with your comment, the roles are still somewhat confusing to me and the girl had me annoyed after a while. The thing on the walls was really cool though and the MV felt really sophisticated and grown up but the story just didn’t do it for me. They all looked hot but it wasn’t enough. The MV is good, but it’s not like I’m crazy excited about it like I’ve been with their previous MV’s.

Actually they do make money off of their channel. Since YGEntertainment is partnered with Youtube they get money for every view and every channel subscription they receive. The money they receive for one view/one person subscribing isn’t a lot but when you add up all of the people that view their videos and subscribes to their channel, it actually ends up being quite a lot of money.
really? never heard of youtube partnering with companies and paying them depending on how many views they get on their channel but if you say so…

Please take this video down. Everyone is noticing it, and watching it on youtube. Each view equal lost money that belongs to Big Bang. YG’s official account actually gets paid, whoever posted it is not YG, and not a true VIP! You can’t love a band, and steal money from them at the same time!

The one we’re suppose to watch will either be uploaded to YG Entertainment’s mai n channel, or their BIGBANG channel. I’m just upset because the fact that YG actually gets money for all their views since they are an official music company.

Millions of people visit allkpop and they found about it there anyways. Allkpop used one of my videos one time and the video got like 30 thousand views in a day, our site doesnt give that many views. Visit any other big bang fansite and they still have it posted, even at soompi, that’s why i find this ridculous. It should be the choice of the person whether they want to watch or wait not ours.
I know that people are posting on allkpop for them to take down the video as well. In any case sorry for being such a nuisance, it’s just very annoying when people rip of hard working artists.
It’s not exactly ‘ripping’ off. The video has been released in Japan and someone just decided to share it on youtube. YG himself released it in Japan so the video is official. Whether people want to wait or not is their choice and I’ll leave it up to them.
i agree! nothing exciting with the whole thing but we’re biased so we still luv ‘em. did TOP shoot his scenes apart from the rest of the guys? he’s the only one absent from the quick scene where the whole gang is there.

It is the 25th already actually and this video wasn’t “leaked”. It wasn’t uploaded by YG but not leaked, honestly I do not believe this would have gotten a million views in a day because of the type of MV it is and it has already spread everywhere, especially on allkpop where more people visit. People can easily look it up on youtube so taking it down won’t make much of a difference but since it’s gotten quite annoying i’ll take it down.

The replying thing is getting confusing, haha, so I’ll explain the Youtube partnership here.
When people receive a lot of views and subscribers on Youtube, they are usually offered the chance to “partner” with Youtube, which means they allow advertisements on their videos, I think it’s Google advertisements but I’m not entirely sure. By becoming a partner, they get added benefits like getting paid, being allowed to edit thumbnails, banners on their page, and an unlimited time limit on their videos. Most people that are partnered barely make like 100 dollars a month off of this but big channels, like for instance music channels, can make a lot. It’s not really the company becoming real partners with the people/channels but they call them a Youtube Partner so that’s where I got the name. There’s a lot of information on it, just Google it if you really want to know but that’s pretty much a summary.
I know they get paid for letting advertisements on their videos but not because of the count of viewers/subcribers, I have never heard of that.

If you have ever watched a major blogs on youtube they get paid the same way, by views and subscribers. A list came out recently of the highest viewed blogs on youtube, and said how much money they got from their views. Some of them were up in the thousands of dollars.

I love the song and love the video! I love videos that have a storyline rather than just dancing around and Big Bang makes excellent “story” videos (even though I’m still trying to piece together the video for Tell Me Goodbye).

I’m not sure what i think about the videos concept.. i’m a little dissapointed ): BUT I love this video because of it’s details, and that’s what i will focus on when i watch this video. I love the thing they’re doing with the walls, the way they film the whole video (for example when it’s like GD is drowing the camera away on the floor! totally loved that) and all the small details like the shoe with the vip message WHICH I TOTALLY LOVE! our wonderful boys thinks so much about us<3 that's so lovely. but also the word on tops watch and all. i was dissapointed with the story, and Daesung and the whole pill-thing was pretty awkward too.. but all those details and new things was what took my attention, and there's something about the video that makes me addicted to it.
- and then i must say that all the boys looks absolutely gorgeous and incredible hot!!!! whoa. <3 I loved Seungri in all that white =D but i would have loved if both top and seungri's roles fitted better in the video more. i really felt that they just was there, without reason ): .

altough i think a reason for it is it that soo many other ppl uploaded the mv and so it is hard to find the one from YG only if you search the channel you can reach it.
I like the colors of this video. And the dynamic also. But I conceive each video like a picture :) So the plot doesn’t really matter for me. Each movement was elaborated. Every scene took more time to be done for sure. So this clip is a pleasure for the eyes, what more can we wish?:)
