Big Bang’s Daesung who was involved in a deathly traffic accident but was indicted without restraints, will be re-summoned according to prosecutors.
Prosecution officials have revealed that it’s not easy to assign charges, because they need to thoroughly investigate everything from the origin, there will be a need to call Daesung again.
Last May 31st Daesung was driving his car in the southern area of Seoul when he failed to see motorcyclist Mr. Hyun who was collapsed on the road, and hit him and then went on to hit a taxi in front of him.
Daesung was indicted without a detention by the prosecutors last month and stopped all his entertainment activities. Meanwhile he’ll have to wait for the prosecutor’s re-summon.
I’m not sure what else Daesung could tell them, but maybe he will be of help in the end. At least this means they still don’t know how to charge Daesung because of lack of evidence. I hope everything turns out well in the end. Praying for the best. =)

i was looking at pictures of Big Bang today when they went on radio shows while they were with their Love Song promotions and how they all smiled and laughed ): so sad that thats gone. not forever i hope, but i just wish time could go back to those happy moments. ): /rantinggg. hwaiting daesung!

I hope he will stay strong through all of this, the constant pressure must be very hard to bear. On the other hand, I hope that the prosecution will be able to take his cooperation and good conduct into account, too, so this summons might actually help him in the end.

I keep hearing different versions of what happened. First he hit a taxi, which ran over the cyclist. Then he hit the cyclist first. Now this one. Aigoo! Make upi your minds -.- Poor Daesung oppa :(
