Big Bang member SeungRi (20) is said to have acute appendicitis.
According to an official from YG Entertainment on 9th July, SeungRi had complained of acute abdominal pain after a sleep after his filming session with member TaeYang for SBS Strong Heart on 8th July.
Following that, on the morning of 9th July, SeungRi was sent to the hospital. However the pain did not subside, and SeungRi was transferred to Seoul General Hospital where he was diagnosed with acute appendicitis.
YG also added, “SeungRi will undergo an operation during the night time on 9th July. He will concentrate on just recuperating after the operation.”

Korean rapper MC Mong has topped the Mnet’s singles chart with his recent duet “Hurts Like Death” with female singer Mellow for the first week of July.
According to data released by the cable music channel on Tuesday, the rapper pushed back previous week’s winner Big Bang member T.O.P, taking his first win on the music chart.
The latest collaboration is featured in the second album “Blue Brand; Trauma” that includes various tracks from different recording artists. The songs from the album have fared well on several web-based music charts since its release on June 24.
The new single “Over Time” by singer Baek Ji-young came in at No. 2 and climbing up 11-slots to third place was “Because Of You” by rap duo Supreme Team Feat. Soulman.
Meanwhile, the first studio release from Big Bang member Taeyang made its debut atop the album charts, scoring the title of best-selling record during the week of June 28 to July 4.

So, this is a very impressive rehearsal video! I love how flow-y it is. His moves are so solid, yet smooth. This choreo seems quite fun and some of it makes me laugh, just because how silly some of the moves are! :P But overall, this was a good practice run. Keep it up, YB! :D
TaeYang and Sulli’s cute smiling eyes captures the attention of TV viewers.
TaeYang was on SBS Inkigayo on 4th July for his comeback stage for his 1st solo album ‘Solar’ and was featured for an interview with the MCs TaecYeon, WooYoung and Sulli.
During his interview, TaeYang said, “For this song, I am going for a more soft and manly image. As compared to saying that this is a big transformation, it is a style that suits me well.”
WooYoung then said, “Your smiling eyes are similar to that of MC Sulli,” and the 2 had posed together with their smiling eyes. The other 2 MCs commented, “Really look alike.”

Aw, well that’s his “Thanks To” on his album! It’s so cool how it’s formatted, I think this is a wonderful idea for a dedication. It looks so sick :P You can see a lot of familiar names too! And with all this Taeyang hype for his comeback, it doesn’t get any better than this.
